At Tedd Dupont Shoemaker, each pair of shoes is handcrafted or produced in small batches, making every item unique. As a result, slight variations may occur from one product to another.
All items are carefully inspected before shipping and come with a unique code or tamper-proof tag to ensure authenticity.
Please try on your shoes without removing the tag, as returns will not be accepted if the tag has been removed.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, with complete packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a clear error on our part (e.g., wrong size or model). If the return is approved, an exchange or refund will be offered depending on product availability.
